Eligibility
Applicants should have passed Matriculation (10th standard) with a capacity for overall comprehension as well as a mindset to assist the needy in society with compassion, empathy, and concern for the upliftment of marginalized and weaker sections. The applicant must be a citizen of India and a resident of the West Karbi Anglong district. Minimum age limit is 18 years as on 12.10.2026. Eligible applicants may belong to teachers, retired government servants and senior citizens, M.S.W. students and teachers, Anganwadi workers, doctors/physicians, law students, members of non-political service-oriented NGOs and clubs, women neighbourhood groups, self-help groups, or educated prisoners with good behaviour.
